Marysville Spook Shoot

Postby ANGEL LADY » October 30th, 2018, 11:59 am

For those who were in attendance at our annual Spook Shoot.....I finally went to the doctor today with my injured arm which happened when I went to draw my gun out of the holster during the final rounds on Sunday. I heard a pop sound and had instant pain in my right arm. It bruised up from my shoulder almost to the elbow. I have torn a tendon in my right shoulder and arm. I was told it will just take time to heal and not hurt. He said we have two tendons and the arm will still be functional, just weakened. He cautioned me to be careful not to break the second tendon. Who would have thought something like this would happen with just puling the gun out of the holster? Now the healing begins, but practice will be halted for a while.
