CFDA now has our own brand of Laser Training Cartridges. This is a highly efficient low-cost laser cartridge ($69). While this unit gives a continuous laser beam, only the initial pulse will record a time on the Gunslinger Timer. Allowing to let the shooter know that they would indeed hit a real target.

Note: The Laser Light will remain on continuously until the pressure of the firing pin is released from the primer/switch. “Colt-style” actions, must be re-cycled to an empty chamber, whereas Ruger, New Uberti, or other actions (wherein releasing the trigger removes the firing pin from the primer-switch). Always make sure the firing pin pressure is released, so that you will not wear out batteries.

Comes with 3 – LR626 Batteries & Instructions. After unscrewing the cap, the 3 batteries need to be installed flat-side down into the chamber.  Please check that your cap stays screwed finger tight into the body of the laser.  If they are allowed to loosen they will increase the length of the cartridge that can cause drag on the frame as the cylinder turns.
