Mernickle CFD-15
(For Six-Guns with 4-5/8″ & 4-3/4″ Barrels Only)

The CFD-15 Holster & Belt Combo became very popular for advanced Cowboy Fast Draw Competitors. The holster is a standard Mernickle 3-Ply construction, with a rawhide layer between the two outer layers of high-quality leather. The inner rawhide hardens allowing the leather holster to keep it’s factory form for years to come. The 2-1/2″ Mernickle High Performance Belt has a rough-out inner lining which helps keep the belt from slipping up and down. There is also a “Safeleg Deflector” on the toe of the holster, which guards against an injury from a wax bullet should a “boot-shot” occur. This “High-Ride” Traditional Mexican-Loop Holster, does not have a leather string leg tie-down.
The CFD-15 has an 18-Degree Cant. Since the trigger guard of the six-gun rests within the back of the holster, this allows for the ultimate pull-back draw which keeps the six-gun lower and right over the holster for the optimum speed-draw.
We now stock both Black & Mahogany Brown as shown in the pictures.
Sizing and Measuring Tips:
The best method to check what proper size belt to order is whatever your pant size is, plus add 6 inches. This does not include modern elastic waist band pants. So, if you wear size 36 pants, it should be a 42″ belt.
